Make it a day - or a weekend - but be sure to join us on Friday, June 7th, for 6 hours of free CEU’s for Administrators and Nurses. But don’t stop there - stay to savor all the dining and shopping options the area has to offer.

Forum Extended Care Services is pleased to offer a unique opportunity to interact with your colleagues and meet with industry leaders at our full-day symposium designed to help professionals gain new perspectives in patient care while earning continuing education credit.

There is no cost for administrators or nurses working in the post-acute or long-term care setting.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

This activity has been approved for 6.0 clock hours of continuing education credit for nursing home administrators and nurses by The Illinois Health Care Association, an approved sponsor of continuing education by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Participants must be present for the entire duration of the activity and complete a post-event evaluation to receive credits. There is no conflict of interest for any planner or presenter.
