Seniors Deserve More From a Pharmacy

Medications are important for improving the quality of life for older Americans. Unfortunately, seniors are at risk for medication-related problems. As they age, they fight chronic diseases and special health conditions. As a result, they often need to take many different prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications.

Did you know that medication-related problems are one of the top five causes of death in people over 65, and a major cause of confusion, depression, falls, disability, and loss of independence?

As a pharmacy specializing in Senior Care, Forum provides pharmacists who are committed to caring for the well-being and special needs of each older individual. They consider the complex effects of aging, illness, nutrition, medicines, and many other variables in advising physicians and caregivers. They provide valuable information and recommendations, review individual drug regimens, counsel patients, present needed educational programs, and oversee medication distribution services.
