Pharmacy Technician - Casual

We are looking for a casual Pharmacy Technician to float between our 1st and 2nd shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

•  Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician LTC preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience, LTC preferred.
• Have a mastery of the English language in order to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accurately filling medications.
• Detail orieneted.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respect confidentiality of patient information.
• Courteous attitude.
• Understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy calculations.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Knowledge of medication brand and generic names.
• Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment system.
